- Management of the functional divisions (Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Legal and IT) of the group:Management of the Performance and management control department : performance management and financial optimization, “modern” vision of finance as an operations management tool- Implementation of analytical accounting and industrial management control, industrial cost prices.- Preparation of the annual budget and its quarterly reviews, its monitoring and its presentation to management (executive comittee and board of directors)- Cash management: monitoring, forecasting and consolidation of the group's working capital needsManagement of the group's accounting and financial teams, with the mission of:- Support the group's growth and new processes.- Guarantee the accuracy of all accounting data for group entities- Management of the consolidation process with subsidiaries, reduction of the complete cycle with the objectives of making financial data reliable and measuring performance- Management of multi-cultural and multidisciplinary teams.- Definition and implementation of the strategic plan with general management- ERP/IS: Participation in the deployment of a group ERP- Management of relationships with the group's CPAs, accountants and legal consultants- Management of customer and foreign exchange risks- Members of advisory board and board of directors

- In charge of financial reporting, quarterly reviews, monitoring and report to management.- Prepares and analyzes sales report and results by products, sales channels and areas- Project manager for the implementation of an ERP (Odoo) in the area- Management of industrial sites in the area.

- Implementation of two manufacturing subsidiaries for the company PROVA (in India and Indonesia).- In charge of an industrial organization and recruitment of dedicated personnel.- Design and implementation of industrial equipment.- Remote multi-site production management and monitoring of profitability and CAPEX.

- Management of various projects and process studies for the treatment and conditioning of waste (process study, design and implementation of equipment, instrumentation diagram and process diagram, etc.)
