CDSP is a cross functional programme, with three fundamental pillars:- People: Centre of Excellence and Capability (Planning School)- Process: best in class S&OP standardisation- Technology: SAP IBP implementationBeing a member of both the Global CDSP and the regional API Planning teams, I collaborate closely with the European and API country teams to ensure of the programme pillars successful implementation.

In May 2022, Marley Spoon restructured the separate Purchasing and Sourcing Teams into one Procurement Team.
