I provide technical consultancy and project management for client IT/voice and video projects. I design customized client solutions using Cisco, Polycom, and Microsoft products along with VoIP, data, video, and voice IT infrastructure solutions. I develop and execute business strategies to keep business ahead of ever-changing communications and IT landscapes. I also launch enterprise-wide video solutions, serving as subject matter expert (SME) on video and data sharing technology, software based video communications, and AV technology. Additionally, I steer multi-million dollar projects to completion. Drive all project related reporting, analytics, finance, operations, marketing, and human resources functions.
