My role as a senior sales consultant is to serve as an informal leader on our team and provide coaching and mentoring to team members while maintaining a large book of business. I negotiate contracts, provide financial/business advice and marketing for my clients. I lead a weekly Growth Mindset coaching course open to the entire CompHealth sales division, and 1/1 coaching. 💥I have qualified for Presidents Club in almost every year that I have worked with CHG Healthcare (9/10 years), including 2020, the year of the Global Pandemic. 💥In 2014, my first year with the company, I was one of 2 sales representatives within CompHealth Locum Tenens to reach Presidents Club in the first year. 💥I was also able to lead first year recruiters for 6 consecutive months for 'days booked' and ‘gross margin’. 💥In 2015, my second year, I was #2 among physician recruiters in the entire division for gross margin to target (at 197%), and #9 among physician recruiters for total gross margin.💥In 2015 I led the entire division in referrals, and recruited 51 surgeons during the year. 💥In 2015, I was the second (provider side) sales rep at CompHealth Locum Tenens to reach Presidents Club. 💥In 2016 with an increased quota, I reached Presidents Club in July and finished the year at 192% sales to target, and #7 division wide on (provider side) gross margin among all specialties. 💥In 2017; I was promoted to the newly created "Senior Sales Role" and qualified for my 4th consecutive Presidents Club by August. 💥In 2019 I was one of 6 employees within a 2500 person company to be honored with the Difference Makers award and sent on an all expense paid mission/retreat to serve the community deep in the Amazon forest of Ecuador. 💥In 2019, I qualified for my 6th consecutive Presidents Club and broke the all time record for gross margin in the Surgical Specialties for my role.

Bodykitz runs several E-commerce websites as well as blogs and social media pages that help direct customers to highly specific products for a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
