My responsibilities include promoting badminton recreationally and competitively all over Canada. As well as training students the basics kills of badminton to the point where they become competitive at any level (regional, provincial, national). I manage the part-time coaches and ensure all the group lessons are performing exceptionally well, all the while encouraging all the students to enjoy/learn in their lessons and fall in love with the sport.
