I lead our creative agency business in North America. Managing a team of 40+ and client relationships delivering $8m+ of revenue annually with strong profit margins. In the last 5 years I have transformed the creative agency offering from being an experiential specialist, to a full-service integrated agency with social and creator at its core. This included the development of a new proposition, reshaping the agency culture and building new offerings that better suit the speed and communications consumers now expect.
