Simon is a certified Movement Coach and Breathwork Instructor. He started working in the fitness industry since 2005 while travelling mainly between Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia.Simon has been inspired to live a more balanced life where he aims to live life to the fullest. Over the years, he has dedicated his practices and lifestyle to searching for the real meaning of consciousness and a better way of life. He began my soul-searching journey across Asia, backpacking in countries: Nepal, Myanmar, Thailand, Japan, Korea, China and many other Asian countries. His journey gave him the understanding that life is all about the "experience". Our consciousness is an accumulation of experiences whether they are visual, physical or emotional. The search presented Simon with new opportunities and knowledge to further expand his journey on optimal well-being lifestyle through Body Movement, Meditation, Reiki and Breathwork. His knowledge and experiences grew, leading him on a path to becoming a certified Reiki Practitioner and Breathwork Instructor.In the past few years, Simon has shifted his focus on promoting his practices with breathwork as the main driver to lead, guide, and control the physical state of being as well as optimising sports performance. He has coached and guided thousands of people through workshops, snow expeditions and even 1 on 1 with breathwork practices and cold exposure to promote optimal performance.Simon believes the most profound and biggest healing power is by connecting to your breath, which the universe and mother earth has always provided us. Using the breath and the cold as his teacher, his never-ending adventures consist of hiking to the summit of Mount Hotham, Mount Kosciusko and surrounding peaks in minimal clothing to swimming in icy rivers and lakes.
