I am a strategist in digital communications, marketing, corporate responsibility and sustainability, experienced at leveraging business solutions, brand eminence, competitive advantage and profitability for a major global organisation. My main role is Digital Communications Manager, which has accountability for leveraging the aims and objectives of the firm. My remit is wide reaching, spanning management of web-related business systems, online strategy, social business, brand eminence, web migrations, external/internal platforms for member firm sites. Other duties include design direction, content writing/development, alerts, press and editorials management, production and management of online assets, proposals and delivering training.In 2018, I was appointed Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability lead for Deloitte Malta and have since helped to plan and put into motion a localised strategy which falls in line with Deloitte’s WorldClass initiative as well as Societal Impact and Sustainability goals. I manage annual data reporting on societal impact and sustainability for Malta to the Deloitte network. Since 2019, my CR&S remit has focussed on the local implementation of Deloitte's WorldClimate strategy towards being net-zero by 2030, operating green, empowering individuals and engaging ecosystems. I was also a founding committee member of the Deloitte Foundation.Aside from work, my personal passions are painting in my studio, playing guitars, drinking wine and playing tennis.
