This role utilises financial models to support community housing providers to apply for government grants, pursue growth opportunities within their portfolio or review their existing portfolio.

Responsible for ensuring that customer remediation projects are delivered. Work with a range of internal staff and external contracts to do this accurately. The remediation work included initial investigations, recommendations around the remediation approach to be taken and execution of remediation programs. In this role I would work with our governance teams to provide regulator updates and ensure that at the end of the remediation project that assurance was completed.

Deliver framework and materials for change to CFP Advice Managers in their Supervision And Monitoring (SAM) obligations.
