• Learning about international trading and particularly about coffee and cocoa origins throughout different departments and positions (whose 15 months at origins and 5 months at cocoa shipping department):
• Assist in local Purchases / FOB Purchases
• Report the fixations and risk hedging positions (12 months in the trade department in Vietnam)
• Master shipping documentation/ Insurance/ Warehousing (5 months in the cocoa shipping department)
• Raise my awareness about sustainability in commodities business (certification, traceability)
• Understand the cocoa beans and green coffee processing

• First immersion in commodity trading:
• Develop the customers and suppliers portfolios in West Africa
• Optimize West African fertilizer plants' flow
• Submit to the different West African fertilizer tenders
• Draw up a weekly fertilizer report

• Build a statistical model for forecasting the consumption of cereals in the Maghreb area
