• Construction documents preparation using the latest AutoCAD drafting aid, ensuring full code compliance. Preparation includes detailed project specifications, comprehensive field reports. Also change order and request for information preparation in a timely fashion• Coordination of consultants, subcontractors and various departments as it relates to the development of various remodeling, retrofitting and new construction projects. Including bid solicitation, plan review, providing clarifications, and project site walk-through. Always maintaining positive owner-client relationships• Demonstrating proficient knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Project) & Adobe Photoshop programs.
