Given the responsibility to lead and execute a large scale process mapping and optimization project at the the Wits Central Printing Unit (CPU). This later resulted to being part of the team that planned the relocation, layout and performance of the Wits University print room. My main (and personal) achievement here was improving employee morale and encouraging team work through collaboration /and continuous improvement efforts. This led to improved customer satisfaction and employee loyalty. Bonus : Gained extensive exposure around managing intangible resources (Culture, data, ways of work etc.) and acquired skills in change-management.
