I am a recent graduate with a BSc in Geography and Environmental Geography. I am a junior environmentalist passionate about geography, biogeography, ecology, environmental management studies, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and how they are connected to the physical environment.I am flexible and adaptable to various work environments. I previously worked as an A-Step tutor for two years, teaching biology and geography at the University of the Free State. During my undergraduate studies, I also volunteered as a peer mentor in 2023. Currently, I am working as a teaching assistant for the UFSS module.I am skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) and I have a good background in ArcGIS (one of the software used in GIS). Furthermore, I possess strong facilitation skills, enabling me to create a holistic learning atmosphere and implement effective inclusive teaching methods. I am a good listener, collaborative team player and a critical thinker, known for thriving under pressure while maintaining composure and effectiveness.I am opened to various graduate roles, internships, environment consultant, environmental officer and sustainability jobs.
