I was introduced into the sales environment by one of the retailers in 2006 and through my stay I learned a lot of customer service from merchandising point of view, house keeping and ensuring correct labelling of product as that plays a crucial role in ensuring a 5 start customer service.I then went and joined builders warehouse in 2007 knew experience and Large environment where I got to learn and polish my sales skills together with my interpersonal skills.i participated in a leanership called wholesale and retail floor practice where I gained knowledge from receiving stock, capturing stock, merchandising stock and point of sale. I then joined Harding group as a merchandiser under FMCG industry gained experience in negotiating as I had to ensure that I get space on the shelf for new products and get more phasing for products that are already on the shelf. I also participated on a leanership as well for wholesale and retail merchandising practice.started being interested on the technology world I then joined Dionwired as a sales consultant I work for the company for 5 years learning more about new products and empowering my self with new skills such as people management skills and training others.currently working as an external sales rep for telecom company selling all the PABX LTE and IT products
