Corporate Sales Manager
Current• Promote and develop positive, co-operative relationships with Sales department and other departments • Build and maintain relationship with decision makers, secretaries, and travel agents • Analyse and compare Hotel's actual and Revenue Targets • Increase Regions profitability • Gain additional profitable new business • Submit Excel bi-weekly, bi-monthly and month end reports by deadline • Resolve queries and complaints within 48 hours • Form part of monthly Financial Reviews with Stakeholders • Maintain a profitable driven attitude • Handle major Key Corporate Accounts in Kzn Region• Understand Financial relevance and performance indicators and their impact on hotel business i.e. Revenue, Days and Revenue per day• Able to put together and present PowerPoint presentations • Manage Prospect lists and build business case studies.• Manage target of new accounts closed for region. • Research of SA based key account structures, mergers, acquisition and report the same.• Negotiate rates in accordance with the current PPI, CPI, inflation and hotel prices • Analyse the travel click report for the business that goes to our competition.
