Worked as a community facilitator, this role entailed managing a group of individuals in the community to mobilize change in their communities. I trained them in ABCD, business and life-skills every month and supervised their businesses as well as other businesses started in their communities. My role extended into research and the corporate sector. I gathered information as a field research worker and then go back and facilitate the changes required through persuasion. I did capacity building, fieldwork and report writing and facilitate dialogue between all levels of employees in companies.
