 Reporting to the Inventory Planning Manager Supervise both Stamping raw material and Work-in-process warehouse. Oversee procedures in place to ensure stock accuracies, stock availability and minimize stock loss. Analyze customer orders and forecast and use them to develop a delivery schedule for raw material & bought out parts suppliers. Manage cycle count process. Ensure adherence of Materials Requirements Planning to ensure availability of raw materials via SAP Coordinate with procurement and production on delivery of raw materials and bought out parts and expedite shortages. Liaising with local and Import suppliers in new plant launch. Working on long lead times Assist new plant development of EDI solutions for external customers and suppliers Management of 3rd party outsourced production Monitor and implement improvement of internal process of material & WIP movement Subordinates: 12

● Administer and co-ordinate Cycle Stock counts as per schedule.● Investigate stock variances and correct system stock levels● Generate change requests to correct bill of material errors● Analyze inventory to identify slow moving stock, obsolete stock, excess and insufficient stock.● Load Material Requirements Planning data from production forecasts and orders● Plan and create raw material purchase requisitions to ensure material availability for production● Generate, capture and manage production orders to ensure minimal stock variances● Generate STO's for finished products as well as products sourced from other products● Sales Order Management● Investigate inventory anomalies● Update planning KPI reports● Review safety stock levels

• Monitor performance, identify, and execute areas of improvement for 3rd party providers KPI’s tracked weekly.• Ensure proper communication between materials planning & logistics & 3rd party providers so that any events that impact service levels can be dealt with as they arise.• Coordinate with the 3rd party teams to build and implement interim corrective actions & permanent corrective actions to recover the performance within the expected service levels.• Ensure that process disciplines are followed with respect to Auto-call, Sequence and Pick to light material replenishment.• Assist 3PL Supervision to track Build Concerns & Safety performance on key metrics (KPI).• Working knowledge of CPARS, raise requisitions, follow up for approval, archiving of Invoice data according to its categories, submitting invoices for payment.• Compile Scope of Work for suppliers to manufacture trolleys and racking for new launch programmes, follow up with purchasing for purchase orders and liaise with suppliers from the initiation to decommissioning of the project.• Support TVM actions- Planning and implementation of cost saving initiatives.• Oversee Powered Material Handling Vehicles service providers.

• Lead various process improvements within MP&L Operations, for improved business operations and reduce operational costs.• Responsible for monitoring MP&L DS&R process and adherence. Drive ICA’s & PCA’s to eliminate root causes of DS&R’s within MP&L operations.• Ensure that all Material handling practices are adhered to with regards to SQDCPME.

• Requesting and raising the (AETC) Authorisation of Excess Transportation Cost for Air freight and Road Hauls. • Tracking the Imported Container and Verifying them• Tracking payments.• Requesting RR number for payments.• Processing invoices from different service providers for payment.• Analyze stock and supplier performance reports daily and to take whatever steps are deemed necessary to ensure continuity of production. • Liaise regularly with suppliers and review their production plans ensuring that they are in alignment with FMCSA requirements in order to ensure prompt supply of material. • Daily review of supplier's delivery performance versus shipment release and delivery schedules and initiate action when necessary to ensure that correct inventory levels are maintained.

● Tutoring Logistics 2 module to 2nd year logistics students.● Interact with students, following a structured roster, on a regular basis to complement lecturers’ teaching and any other intervention for learning purpose. ● Guide and coach students, and assist them with study strategies and techniques to become independent learners.● Work closely with lecturers to coordinate and synchronize the tutorship interventions to systematize their approaches and activities.● Report any learning challenges that requires further intervention to the lecturers of the subjects concerned.
