The role was far from a typical Agency Client Partner and would involve moving databases, recreating comms programmes. inducting new partners, building new processes (and improving upon them in-flight), training people on these processes and creating a global, repeatable model that would become self-servicing.And those were just the known elements – this was the first time anything of this scale had been attempted - and key to my input was the coordination and communication with the multiple stakeholders with varying skill sets at all levels of Unilever and partner agencies DovePrior to this, I worked with a CRM Strategist and Data Planner, to build the framework for the entire customer journey of Dove's piloted CRM Programme, Together.
