CurrentResponsibilities:• Supervises the major functions of HR including payroll, recruiting, benefits administration, and employee relations• Assess qualifications of applicants• Design and present training programs• Research legislation, revise and develop agency policies/procedures• Ensure legal compliance of federal/state personnel related laws• Coordinate and review facility budget, make recommendations that impact proposed salaries.• Oversee and coordinate personnel related functions, including grievance procedures, benefits programs, selection processes, leave of absence policies, and classification and compensation guidelines. • Maintain personnel related documents to adhere to the American Correctional Association (ACA) audits
