As a volunteer, I’ve served as Chair and Treasurer of a leading regional music school, a nationally-renowned choral group, and two parishes.In my early 60s I upgraded my nutrition, exercise routines, sleep hygiene, and stress management to increase vitality, drop all my meds, and lose weight. With a new passion, I became a certified health coach to help others with similar goals.
