About Simran Arora
In 2014 a historical judgement (NALSA) came from Hon'ble Supreme Court of India to recognise transgender people as a third gender in India. In the same year i started my gender transition journey. In 2019 just before a month of Transgender Act 2019 (Protection of Rights) I started serving with GOI. Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) along with rich working experiences in Development Sector. Achievements as a Consultant (Transgender Division) * Handling of 28 exclusive medical camps across the country for the members of the transgender community. * Handling of almost 180+ trainees in different part of the country with more than 110+ successfully placements for members of the transgender community. (with some of the organizations like : Noida Metro rail Corpo (NMRC), HDFC, Wallmart, Sodexo, Flipkart, Amazon, Mindtree, Wipro, Accenture, Tovo Chennai, Tata Steel etc.)
