As a founder and a clinical nutrition expert and educator, I am passionate about improving the health and well-being of people through evidence-based and personalized dietary interventions. I have over 6 years of experience as a dietitian, working with diverse populations and health conditions, such as diabetes, obesity, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, at Sarvodaya Healthcare and other reputable organizations. I have also gained valuable insights and skills from completing courses in nutrition in cancer from the University of Arizona, and health and physical education/fitness from the University of Tsukuba. With a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from Manav Rachna International University, I have a strong academic background and a keen interest in research and innovation. My core competencies include clinical nutrition, nutrition education, counseling, program development, and entrepreneurship. My mission is to create and deliver effective and accessible nutrition solutions that can empower people to achieve their health goals and enhance their quality of life.
