Specialized in NON IT and technical positions.• Screening the qualified candidates and determining assessment needs.• Conducting initial telephonic interaction, then scheduling further rounds of telephonic interview ,then via skype and F2F.• Responsible for sending out the right candidates at the first time and afterwards maintaining viable group of candidates for job opening.• Following up with candidate for their resignation, relieving up till their joining.
