• Perform morning calls with management.• Monitor the HR team's work and assign tasks to them• Check emails and reply.• Keep the job descriptions up to date.• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.• Build employee relations by addressing grievances, demands, and other issues.• Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities, and carry out all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees.• Support staff with Hr-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves, misconduct, and any problem resolution.• Conduct meetings, parties, etc• Maintain/update Hr records and employee files in accordance with compliance laws, and policies and provide organizational change information for presentations.• Conduct exit interviews.• Maintain all HR documents in Confluence.• Sending salary slips to all employees every month, along with generating salary sheets.Specialties: HR strategy, HR management, Talent pipeline management, Recruitment, Employment Law, diversity & equality, Human resources systems, Talent management, Employee Training & Retention, and Payroll Management.
