I am an Associate Consultant at Levrara Consulting Group, a leading recruitment firm for the BFSI industry. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Kalinga University, Raipur, and a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Mumbai University. My core competencies include contract recruitment, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment.In my current role, I deliver recruiting expertise and seamless support to high-profile clients in acquiring top talent for their IT and non-IT positions. I use various platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn to source candidates and understand their key responsibilities. I have independently handled a client and fulfilled their requirements, as well as collaborated with overseas offices and visa departments to facilitate the mobilization and emigration process of the candidates. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring, and I have also worked as a mentor and a coding instructor at WhiteHat Jr, where I taught JavaScript to kids and performed periodic performance checks and query resolution for the fellow teachers. I am motivated by learning new skills and contributing to the growth and success of the organization and the team.
