As an Analyst at Vaco Binary Semantics, I work on-site at Google, supporting the Transit and Micromobility process. I onboard public transport agencies onto Google Maps, ensuring seamless transit-related information for end-users. I also conduct quality checks of data, handle feed issues, and provide floor support to team members for exceptional cases.I have over two years of experience as a Process Associate and Teammate, working with Interglobe Solutions and Taskus. I collaborated with KLM/Air France Airlines and YETI, addressing issues like ticket refunds, customer queries, shipping, and warranty. I utilized tools like Amadeus, GDS, and E-mail Processing to access and manage data effectively. I also performed various ad-hocs, created SOPs and canned responses, and provided refreshers to new employees.I am currently pursuing an MA in English Language and Literature at Delhi University, after completing my B.Com degree from the same institution.
