Hi! My name is Simran and I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Diabetes Educator. I’m also a busy mother of three young children. Raising a young family and 15 years of experience working in a busy Sydney metropolitan public hospital have inspired me to start “My Specialist Dietitian”. I believe that everyone’s health matters and by equipping you with sound knowledge and the right advice I aim to help make healthy eating easy by providing you with tips and tricks to incorporate good nutrition into your busy lifestyle.​Each client will be individually assessed and then provided with a well-researched, personalised and comprehensive meal plan. My focus is to understand your lifestyle, your eating behaviour and your existing food knowledge and to then provide you with tailored education and guidance you understand the world of nutrition and healthy eating.
