As a co-founder and director of Polyvault Auto Pvt Ltd, I pioneered brand growth and business development in the superbike industry through innovation and sustainability. I led the design and execution of multiple projects, such as launching a new product line, securing and maintaining relationships with retailers, influencers, and customers, and expanding into new markets. Through my marketing efforts, I managed to take a homegrown startup to all 29 states of the country by transcending all communication channels. I did so using the power of social media and online marketing platforms. I also managed the operations, finances, and customer service of the company, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.Realizing the importance of the presence of Project Management Acumen in the modern-day manager and the relevance of an Agile mindset in today's business environment particularly, I decided to attain professional certification in the field of Project Management and am proud to be called a Certified Associate in Project Management by the esteemed PMI.I am currently also pursuing a postgraduate certificate in Global Business Management at Seneca Polytechnic, where I am enhancing my skills in strategic planning, business relationship management, and decision-making.
