I also partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver quality hires. Additionally, I use LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify, engage, and nurture passive and active talent pools, and to promote ARISE IIP's employer brand and value proposition. Since joining ARISE IIP in August 2022, I have successfully filled multiple critical roles, increased the diversity and retention of hires, and improved the time to fill and cost per hire metrics.
