Balancing these two roles requires strong organizational and time management skills. I need to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure that I am fully present and engaged in both positions.One of the most exciting aspects of working in these dual roles is the opportunity to apply insights and strategies from one role to the other. For instance, the leadership and managerial skills I develop at ASK Medios can be directly applied to my work at Digital Marvy, while the digital marketing expertise I gain at Digital Marvy can also benefit my role as a company manager at ASK Medios.
