I contact companies to organize speaker events. I attend monthly D&I Council meetings to gain knowledge on how to make the organization more inclusive. I network with industry professionals & learn about the information systems major and career paths through speaker events and professional development meetings.

I regularly check RangDe emails, notify captains of relevant performance opportunities along with their application deadlines, and submit performance applications. I book rooms for biweekly practices, workshops, and extra practices by staying on top of room bookings to receive priority rooms, working with the school to resolve frequent reservation issues, and calling every week to extend booking times to fit our needs. I take attendance of 60+ members every practice, factoring in who needs to be there for which practices. I consistently remind members to report absences and follow up about any discrepancies. I ensure RangDe meets affiliation requirements by maintaining frequent communication with directors and finding various ways to motivate members to attend required events.

I gained professional experience in the Audit and Tax fields by collaborating with numerous teams, observing and taking notes for client meetings, and developing my skills in various internal platforms as well as external tools such as Excel. I got exposure to the Technology Risk field by taking the initiative to learn from industry professionals and sit in on client calls. I expanded my network by attending networking events, office socials, and setting up informational coffee chats.

I increased sales by assisting customers with purchases and making recommendations using product knowledge. I performed ear piercings and informed customers of the process while creating a safe and welcoming environment. Often working alone, I opened and closed the store by ensuring registers had adequate cash and preparing daily deposits.

I attended monthly D&I Council meetings to expand my knowledge of cultivating diversity within the organization. Using this information, I organized events to further our commitment of maintaining an inclusive environment.
