Hi, I Graduated from Dr DY Patil College of Physical Therapy Pimpri Pune, India. I worked as a Covid Therapist for about a year with Dr LH Hiranandani Hospital. I worked in the inpatient and outpatient department as well as the Intensive care units. I have worked with numerous neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, geriatric conditions. I later continued working as a clinical physical therapist with R&M Rehab care under the guidance of Dr Rachana Rai. I assessed and implemented therapeutic exercises for various conditions. I am a border line fitness freak! I am a certified Ball and Mat Pilates instructor!
