Implemented a commercial off-the-shelf CRM for a large EdTech client. Replaced third party processes with automation, digital integrations and contact management tools, which in turn, increased overall user experience and productivity.

Accompanied the Quality and Technical Department within a clothing & lifestyle brand. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse product and design requirements, in order to develop and implement protocols to align with the company’s quality and technical standards. Analysed the end-to-end flow from design to supplier, and improved the digital process by supporting the implementation of a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

Worked for a small start-up company which specialised in clothing design/production for B2B and B2C services. Helped to manage daily processes, upheld good relationships with both external suppliers and clients, and analysed stakeholder requirements from business owners to elicit process & product changes.
