I was involved in the management of the mobile content & mobile application development business for Pyro Group and ensuring service delivery. My role included business strategy, budgeting, projections, planning, implementation, Indian & International strategic alliances, including associates, mobile operators, content partners, music labels, gaming companies, corporate establishments etc. I conceptualized and rolled-out innovative products, applications & solutions with product relevance, design flow, UI/UX, focus group discussions, branding exercise and end-to-end analysis of usage pattern of products & services, user behavior and market research. I lead a team of professionals in sales, technology and content and was involved in mentoring them on a day-to-day basis. I also handled the corporate communications role in the organization both external and internal comms (Executive communication, HR initiatives, branding, PR, Road shows, exhibitions and events)The few parameters of measurement of my KRAs were customer acquisition, revenue growth, customer insights and satisfaction, business process, content acquisition, new product innovation, market share and commercial viabilities for implementation.

I was responsible for the Revenues for VAS (Value Added Services) in the organization. This was a marketing role and I was responsible to launch and sustain new products, activities for promotion, content alliances. During my short tenure with the organization the VAS revenues doubled over the previous year. The measurement of the success of the campaigns was the Revenue, customer satisfaction and the CSMM scores besides new product innovation.

I was involved with the launch of India’s First Electric Car in Hyderabad. From concept selling of the car to the Government to conducting various campaigns and road shows for industrial and corporate clients, I was responsible for popularizing the car in this region. I conducted various marketing exercises for driving the car sales in AP through road shows, promotion & tie-ups, auto car shows, publicity & PR.

I was responsible for handling the launch of Value Added Services and evaluating proposals & feasibility of launch of these products. Right from revenue generation, product pricing, product promotion, MIS to sustaining the product launched. I also handled alliances, road shows, negotiations, building relationships with vendors, activities to improve Consumer Satisfaction scores. Was involved in briefing the advertising agency for VAS jobs independently. Conducting training on a regular basis on product launches - all departments & across all levels, in the induction programme panel with HR, and training promoters for road shows and was a Certified Quality Trainer. Special Responsibilities: I was assigned the special role to handled the Launch of AirTel and AirTel Magic brand in AP (April, May 2000 respectively). Exclusively handled the entire merchandising collaterals printing from layout stage to the distribution of the collaterals to AirTel connects a day before launch in a record time of 15 days. Handled the launch budget of marketing with print press & outdoor media, new offers and conducted road shows & special events for the postpaid and prepaid brands.

I was responsible for the Market Communications role in the organization. I was involved with strategizing for product launches including the entire marketing and promotion plan includingpress advertising, collaterals, production and outdoor, events, conferences, exhibition stalls, road shows, making presentations for conferences & press meets, interacting, negotiating & building relationships with vendors, alliances for various schemes & promotions, conducting market surveys to attain feedback on services launched and a comparative study of competitor’s products and services. I was assigned the role of a Client Servicing Executive where I was given an opportunity to handle the top revenue generating clients under a Manager. I had to liaison between the client and the agency to ensure that the marketing communication requirements were addressed. I independently handled 10 clients and was responsible for revenue generation including billing and collection. Besides this I was also involved in interacting, negotiating & building relationships with vendors.
