Recruitment Areas :• Knowledge of interview scheduling and keeping track of selected candidates with joining dates and updating the management. • Sourcing, Screening, Short Listing, Arranging Interview, F2F Interview.2. Joining Formalities and Settlement Process :• Manage employee database with all the details & collect relevant documents of previous employment. • Knowledge in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters, and experience letters. • Monitoring relieving procedures and settlements, considering exit interview forms, no-due certificates, and the amount due from the employee. 3. Statutory Areas & Payroll :• Processing payroll and designing CTC with the break-up of Gross salary, • Delivering ‘Pay-slips’ with ‘Summary of Pay-slips’ including Leave calculations. • P.T., P.F., E.S.I., - Calculations & knowledge in remittances, filings - i.e., Generating challans, Annual returns & PF transfer/settlement forms.I'm eager to collaborate with innovative teams that share my passion for creating impactful HR practices.
