With over 20 years of experience in HR advisory, knowledge development, and research, I am a seasoned professional in Compensation & Rewards, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership Development and HR and Tech. As an Associate Director at Aon, I drive business growth for the company's key employee rewards data offering across the South Asia region, by delivering high-value remuneration insights and practices to our clients in various sectors. I also work closely with the reward advisory and the broader human capital solutions teams to maximize opportunities with new client relationships.After working in HR advisory for 11 years in a full-time role, I worked independently for the next 7 years.
