With over 20 years of experience in HR advisory, knowledge development, and research, I am a seasoned professional in Compensation & Rewards, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership Development and HR and Tech. As an Associate Director at Aon, I drive business growth for the company's key employee rewards data offering across the South Asia region, by delivering high-value remuneration insights and practices to our clients in various sectors. I also work closely with the reward advisory and the broader human capital solutions teams to maximize opportunities with new client relationships.After working in HR advisory for 11 years in a full-time role, I worked independently for the next 7 years. This gave me the opportunity to expand my horizon and add valuable experiences such as starting my career in academics, creating leadership training content, coaching women professionals on balancing work and life at key inflection points, working with women returnees, and developing compassion rating tools. My areas of focus were compensation communication, change management, executive presence, emotional intelligence. I returned to a full-time corporate role in 2021. In addition to my corporate role, I am passionate about social entrepreneurship, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. I am the founder of Ovenderful, a healthy baking venture that supports social causes and communities and the globally recognized, award-winning Ovenderful Mom Bakers Community.
