BMS Graduate in Human Resources, future HR Manager. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. As an HR person I know how important my role would be with regards for a business to succeed.During my graduation years I have delivered multiple presentations, volunteered for several events and mainly had an opportunity to work with college placement cell, where I've worked for 2 years, first year as a training and development manager and second year as the president. It helped me grow on personal & professional grounds, to nourish my skills and gain practical knowledge. My studies have provided me with broad proficient knowledge about human resource and it's applications. Alongside this, I have developed sound communication skills while delivering presentations to large audiences at college. As such, I am confident that I can make an instant impact in HR roles.Currently working at Gala Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd as a Trainee in HR department.My key skills include: Interpersonal communication, Teamwork, Training and Development, Empathetic, Problem solving abilities, Basic computer knowledge.
