This internship helped me to gain practical experience in the field of mechanical engineering, specifically within the metal pressing industry. This involved applying the theoretical knowledge acquired during my academic studies to real-world industrial applications.Through participation in these activities, I gained valuable insights into:The operation and maintenance of pressing machines.The application of design principles in the creation of metal pressings.The importance of quality control procedures in the metal pressing industry.We interned on three of the units of the company namely The Main Unit where the sheet metal cutting/ blanking/ Pressing/piercing and other such operations took place to further production of the required job according to the company requirements. then weld shop where different types of welding like robotic welding arc welding etc took place and then at the powder coating unit where the jobs were sprayed in colour and were aesthetically curated
