I am a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Counseling and Clinical Psychology. My academic journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of psychological concepts, assessments, and the complexities involved in psychological research, which I explored extensively through my dissertation.During my program, I completed a three-month internship at Disha Counselling Centre, Dadar, where I had the opportunity to observe and engage in sessions with both children and adults. My experience there included participating in career counseling sessions, administering psychological assessments, and profiling results. This role also led me to intern at Bhaktivedanta School in Andheri, where I gained hands-on experience in counseling, therapy, vocational guidance, and play therapy sessions. I also contributed by writing tests and papers for children with special needs and assisting counselors in remedial and therapy sessions.In addition to my counselling and educational experience, I interned under Sarah Majid, a sports psychologist, where I conducted research and authored several blogs on relevant topics in sports psychology.Fluent in both English and Hindi, I am deeply passionate about mental health and committed to providing compassionate support. I am continually seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and make a meaningful impact in the field of psychology.
