I’m currently looking to further my experience in full time permanent position related to the field of Human Resources and expand my knowledge in this field. I am an intrinsically driven individual who believes in continuous development and consistently seeks to advance my skills and abilities. As a HR Generalist at Stackpole International, my responsibilities include: assisting with processing payroll for all employees at the plant, participating in training initiatives to identify training gaps, updating training matrixes and tracking training hours. This works alongside in maintaining up to date job descriptions and coordinates any staffing needs that are required of the plant. I am also responsible for preparing and updating performance management processes by maintaining various reports, lists, records, and documentation. Other duties are assigned as they arise.
