Responsible for all financial aspects of DAWN. Managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted legally and ethically. Part of my role is to also handle administrative duties. Duties include:• Data Entry MYOB functions• Monthly bank reconciliations (national and international accounts)• Preparing Monthly financial accounts• Reconciliation of creditor statements• Preparation of cash flows• Preparation of payments – local and international• Preparation of budget proposals for grants and donor acquittals• Vetting payment vouchers (pre and post payments)• TPOS PAYE Submission• Assisting in preparation of organizational budget and external audits• Logistics: Planning, budgets, ticketing, liaising with hotels, etc.• Administrative – for meetings: minute-taking, setting up online platforms, insurance (medical & furniture & equipment)• Maintaining financial records.• Archiving and filing.• Minor IT related tasks

Duties included• Data entry for MYOB• Bank reconciliation for MYOB• Maintaining & Reconciling Trust Account ledges for clients• Updating cash flows• Following up on Debtors for payments and this includes preparing timely month- end payments.• Providing monthly financial forecasted budget to Managements• Preparing & reconciling monthly VAT returns, PAYE & FNPF for workers & clients.• Preparing Income Tax Returns and Financial Accounts for Farmers & SME clients• Incorporation of Businesses & Companies• Lodging work permits and investor permits• Preparing share transfers and GCT Returns• Processing salaries for clients• Maintain VAT, FNPF & FNU registrations• Maintain filing & records for company• Driver for Company Director• Secretariat duties: minute-taking, maintaining petty cash & cash flows, maintain stationery & office supplies, organizing office events & client meetings, managing the schedules and communications of the Director• Carrying out company’s secretariat services such as Annual Returns, Form A11, etc.
