Our portfolio included projects in Middle East, West Africa and East Africa and Asia. Program sectors included: sexual and reproductive health in emergencies, gender specific programming and gender-based violence.• Developed concept notes, proposals and oversaw the implementation and financial management of emergency projects. I led the development of over 100 proposals and under my leadership, we increased our portfolio by over 60%.
