Hi there, my name is Simran, and I'm a student at Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto, specializing in Management. Throughout my life, I've had a passion for business, through both school and my family's projects. I've learnt a lot from my various work and leadership experiences, and I bring a positive attitude and teamwork skills wherever I go. In my free time, I like to read (always looking for recommendations), or bike around the city- you can probably catch me stopping at a coffee shop for a quick sweet treat with my iced latte ☕️. Most of my job experience has been with children, I've taught abacus classes for children aged 4-12 through UCMAS, and I was a learning assistant at Kumon Mental Math. I also have experience being a Summer Camp Leader through volunteering at my local temple, and working for YMCA Day Camps. These experiences have allowed me to grow and develop communication and leadership skills that I implement into my daily life. As a university student, I look forward to gaining more valuable opportunities to broaden my horizons, and to work with new people!
