• I assisted Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Trader Corporation in Active Directory Consolidation Project, which also gives me a chance to work with Senior System Engineer from Softchoice.• The main target of this project was to merge all AD accounts from different domain servers to one so that every employee could use Single Sign-On to log in to their different accounts.• It includes creating 2 hour Go to Assist session for every employee, remotely connecting to their PC and migrating their AD and local account.• I handled the backend work on Migration Manager which includes creating Staging and Cutover sessions to merge a user's AD account from different domain servers, activating it on the target domain and deactivating it from the source domain and migrating user’s local account including all their files and registry configurations.

As a HelpDesk Co-Op Student, l worked with the HelpDesk team to provide support to Trader employees. My focus was setting up hardware for new and returning employees as well as completing the return process for returned equipment. Along with this, I worked on setting accounts for new hires and work on JIRA tickets assigned to me and provided in-person or over-the-phone support to new and returning employees. I also worked with DevOps and Infra Teams here.
