Hi. I am Simran, a meditation teacher for the Art of living, a Public speaker and a Life skills trainer. I help people achieve happy and clutter free mind along with increased work productivity through the Art of living Programs.I have a Master's degree in Physics from Panjab University, Chandigarh.Over past few years, I have organized around 100 Life skills workshops for youth. I started my journey of public talks at the age of 18 and have delivered more than 200 public talks in various colleges and universities like Panjab University, IIT Roorkee etc on the importance of Life Skills and Meditation. Having worked as a volunteer with a team of enthusiasts under the mentorship of Mr.Ramnik Bansal(Senior Art of living International faculty, IIT-B and IIM-B Alum) is something I feel proud and privileged to share about.I carry the vision of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar of creating a stress-free, happy and prosperous world and hence work on it by organizing and conducting the Art of living programs for people varying from students to homemakers to corporate professionals.
