Full cycle recruitment for a nation-wide company with 22 locations. Working with candidates, managers, C-suite, & other internal decision-makers.I strongly value creating a positive experience for all candidates and new employees. Recruiting: − Responsible for range of positions (entry, mid-level, & technical)− Social recruit on Linkedin & Indeed using Boolean search method− Conduct interviews using behavioral & situational questions to assess knowledge, skills & abilities− Communicate with managers to coordinate/manage interview process− Manage on avg. approx. 20-25 vacancies − Communicate with managers to understand role & candidate qualifications to ensure sourcing aligns with business objectives− Maintain timely & clear communication with candidates and managers to ensure all parties understand the status of each rolePre-boarding:− Send new hires info such as: first day info, online paperwork, & benefits info − Conduct weekly or bi-weekly on-boarding Skype webinar with new hires

- Oversaw all details including customer satisfaction, program inquires, and staff development to ensure program function and quality- Addressed parent questions and concerns in face to face meetings to ensure customer retention and satisfaction- Organized and conduct semi-annual training providing 8 staff with necessary training and tools to ensure a cohesive program

- Voted Coach of the Year in 2015 by the staff- Developed extrinsic motivational plans to support athletes goals that consist of a goal board of individual skills and team reward upon completion- Provided athletes with constructive feedback in order to improve their skills - Maintained professional relationships with athletes and parents to ensure customer retention - Assessed individual athletes in order to adapt coaching style that is effective for each athlete’s personality
