I have a strong background in Instrumentation Technology, with an Advanced Diploma from Lambton College and a Master's degree in Physics from Shiri GuruNanak Khalsa College. I also have certifications in Field Technician, Computing and Peripherals, and Worker Health and Safety Awareness.My most recent role was as a Loyalty Representative at Marriott Hotels, where I delivered excellent customer service and account management to guests. I guided them in choosing hotels for their perfect stay, assisted them with their account handling problems, and ensured the security and accuracy of their information.
