On the KPMG technology graduate scheme working within the Technology Enablement team. Project experience in:- Global SAP implementation- Business divestments- Digital Transformation- IT Strategy- IT Operating Model- Project DeliveryAs part of the KPMG ITs Her Future (IHF) initiative, I am currently leading the IHF Juniors team to engage and inspire younger girls in the world of technology through work experience, mentoring and parent/teacher engagement.

Responsibilities:- Member of the UKI Business Operations Team which supported the Software Sales team. I developed and provided the required UK reports and forecast information using operational systems and tools proficiently. Evaluated the current reporting with the sales directors and redesigned reports to closely suit the requirements of the sales directors, and designed it in a way to update easily going forward.- Provided the Business Analytics (BA) team with operational support by providing pipeline reports and forecast information to the sales managers and helped the BA sales executive to manage and maintain their pipeline in the software systems. I also was involved in customer research to help support the sales executives and have worked on various customer events with the BA team.- Coordinated the forecasting process by collating input from individual solutions managers and presenting this to the solutions sales directors which helped them with their management call and budgeting on a weekly basis.- I was a member of the “Tomorrow’s Leaders” initiative; the aim was to help bring awareness about SAP to attract more young talent. The team attended many universities to conduct workshops about SAP and highlighted the various early talent schemes SAP was advertising. Within the team I was responsible for creating and designing the presentations, leaflets and contacting managers professionally to take part in the project. Achievements:- Awarded an “Instant Hero Award” (£150 voucher) for my teamwork efforts.- Tomorrow’s Leaders success: conducting 15 university workshops and reaching out to 867 university students. - Helping to organise various BA events to generate more customer interaction with sales executives.- Integrating well with the BA Sales team and developing strong working relationships.- Completed my university project on SAP’s “Business Strategy” and achieved a merit grade.

- Won the Shanghai Summer School Scholarship allowing me to attend the Shanghai Maritime University 5 week course.- Attended daily lectures on topics such as Chinese Economy, History and Art and participated in Chinese Kung Fu and Tai Chi lessons.- Learning Mandarin on a daily basis with professionals, allowing me to further communicate with Chinese people. - Gained an understanding of Chinese culture and lifestyle by visiting many cities, towns and villages.

- Communicating professionally and confidently with the general public by telephone interviewing.- Using new computer tabulation software (CATI) to record information accurately and efficiently.- Dealing with hundreds of individuals and adapting to different situations.
