I have done Master of Information & Communication Technology from the University of the Sunshine Coast. during that period, I have been engaged with several projects in both individuals and groups. I have done a database project during the last semester of my post-graduation. I am also doing a professional year program and ACS online course to develop my professional skills. I have developed communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving skills from the internship where I had to help colleagues with their system and update and manage software on different systems. Have previous work experience as a Third-party administrator, within that time I have gain knowledge and experience in gathering requirement from clients, Problem-solving, outlining risks, reporting and conduct meetings with clients.I have developed the following SFIA skills with the skill level mentioned:DATM (Data management): I have attained level 4 in this skill as I can Maintain and implements information handling procedures.ITMG (IT management): The skills I have learnt from my internship as I had to manage computers and update software. I can state that I have skill level 5 because I can upgrade, install, operate, and control IT infrastructure and can take responsibility to do so.PRMG (Project Management): - I have attained level 4 in this skill as I can define, document, and carries small projects along with a small team.Now, I’m developing my career as a Software Engineer.
