>Set up, troubleshoot and run cold nut forming machines.>Straighten and prepare materials and load on wire draw machines.>Work with the tool room to recommend any necessary tool changes required to run product and development.>Perform material verification sign offs and make work orders for maintenance.>Complete changeovers of machines including assembling tools i.e Dies and punches and make necessary adjustments to form new parts.>Operate forklift, overhead crane, etc. to transport material and components.>Advice supervisor of needed repairs and suppliers.>Work with lead hand and tool room if any tool problems occur to improve processes.
